"These ladies have bad attitudes and are not professional. They don't really make appointments. They do your hair if they feel like it. One lady told me to come up to the shop, so I head up there. I am 2 minutes away, and she calls back saying basically I took too long and started on someone else's hair. Sorry I don't live around the corner? It didn't used to be this way, been going for years, but I'm officially done!"

"If I could give zero I would. One because of time management here and two prices vary on how they feel (in my opinion) I’ve been getting the same hair style which are corn crows 16-20 braids. First time I was charged 80.00 two weeks later 120. WHAT! Had an appointment at 9:00 am. I confirmed with her stating that I know the shop opens at 10:00am are you sure? She yells through the phone Yes 9:00am. Get there at 8:30 no one is there, first person strolls in at 9:45. She didn’t start on my hair until 11:30 and I was suppose to have been the first client of the day. Literally watched a girl get singles and she was in and out. So from 8:30-2:00 is my allotted time at this place for cornrows. If I didn’t have a out of town trip the next day I would’ve been left not to mention they rob you at the end of the service (mainly speaking on the manager of the shop). I’ll never step foot in here again. Only thing that is always consistent is their singles other than that it’s a gamble. I’d stay away. IF YOU DO GO Beware. Verify payment when calling and verify again before they touch your head; that’s the trick. Scheduling is also horrible here. It was a young lady who had an appointment at 10:00 am and the manager had the nerve to tell her that I came earlier than expected. Smh horrible horrible service and the work is subpar.
