"I like to support black business .First time here and I was 8 minutes early got in the chair 21minutes after my appointment time. Thought the nail tech would have said I running a little behind or Thank you for waiting patiently. None of that happen. But when a client is late they charge you a fee to pay . I really feel my nails are ugly for $70 if I knew better I would have picked something else. This is boring to me and plain. The tech did ask me what I want I said whatever cause I thought she knew what I had book for. I really thought I was getting some designs what I had booked for not this. I like to showcase people work anyone can put glitter down. It was an experience I went from booking a $35 set to $70 and not knowing until it was time to pay my balance. I dont like stuff like that but I payed it with no problem and left."

"I thoroughly enjoyed my platinum pedicure. The foot massage, scrub and hot stones were very relaxing and my toes look great! I also got a manicure with dip powder on my natural nails and it didn't turn out as clean and neat as I thought it would. It looks a bit smudged and clumpy. I'm assuming the technician isn't as proficient on short natural nails and probably works better with acrylic tips, because the client photos on their Instagram page are AMAZING. The salon is clean and the staff is very friendly, so I would definitely return for another pedicure and maybe acrylic tips."

"The girl that does braids here is very unprofessional. I booked an appointment earlier this week for medium box braids to be done today at 11:45am. A deposit was paid at the time of booking to secure my spot. I arrived at 11:30am and there was a client in the chair with about 3 braids completed. At this point I went back and looked at my booking to make sure I didnt get the days mixed up. I sat patiently thinking it wouldnt take her long to complete the braids until I realized she continued to stop and play on her phone. At about 12:45pm she left the unfinished client in the chair and left the salon saying she would be right back. I sat and sat and sat and she still had not returned at 1:45pm. At this point I decided to leave and take my business elsewhere because I specifically asked her what times ahe was available prior to booking the appointment. At that time she stated she was available all day so I booked the earliest appointment listed on her booking site. I am extremely disappointed with the services and will never return here for any services in the future."

"The only reason I put 1 star is because I couldn’t leave the stars empty. For a $40 nail job within 72 hours, not only have two of my nails cracked but they broke off. I called them to let them know what happened and they said that I could come get them repaired, unaware that I had to pay for them, since i had them for 72 hours.After she finished repairing my nails she told me it would be $10 and i was confused on what i was paying for. When i asked her why i had to pay for the broken nails, her excuse was that if there were more nails broke she would have repaired them with no charge but since there was only two i had to pay.?!ARE YOU SERIOUS!?!! Being a good patron i obliged and paid after a few choice words. Regardless of the fact, no nails should have cracked within 3 days. It was very bad customer service for them not to show new customer appreciation and repair my nails at no charge. I thought that I had found a new place to get my nails done, sadly mistaken. This nail shop will never get anymore if my hard earned money and I recommend that you do not go there to get your nails done AT ALL!"
