"Very upset. My boyfriend and I went in and was looking at the jewelry and as we were headed to check out, one of the male workers with short black hair came up to us asking about some jewelry and how some were missing and started talking about how we were over there and if we were sure we didn't have them, openly accusing us of theft when we barely even touched anything. I've been shopping here for years and I'm a platinum member, I'm very upset. I've worked in retail for years and have been trained on how to approach customers you are suspicious of and he went the completely wrong way about it. Apparently I'm not the only one the workers in this store have accused of theft. Very disappointed."
