"Always easy to find what you are looking for, the sales associates are very helpful and knowledgeable of their products and where everything is located. Highly recommend"
"Donna at the Chanel counter is a superstar saleswoman! I had a bad experience at an opposite store in the mall (clinique-belk) looking for a lipstick, and Donna turned my frown upside down and helped me pick out a beautiful red lipstick. She was willing to help and not pushy or rude ,very much appreciated, give this wonderful lady a raise!!"
"I’ll keep my review factual. Good place to shop? Sure. Good place to work? Absolutely not. Unless you are a manager then your job is constantly in jeopardy. Sales associates last about a year and a half to two years before they are let go. The job is to constantly meet your sales goal, and once you can’t you are replaced. Sounds simple but it’s not, your sales goal constantly raises until it’s no longer realistic. Most sales associates don’t last 6 months, wether it’s management issues or due to sales goals. And the management is by far the worst, you have great managers like Ms. Wendy, you also have terrible managers like Nicole. For the store manager, Justin, the only semi-decent way to put it is he’s fake. The Dock is just as bad as the sales floor. Their manager Kevin falls in the same boat as Justin. The difference between the Dock and the sales floor is the Dock is overworked and underpaid. They often have to do many of the salesman’s jobs and are paid much less in return. Much like the sales floor, your let go once they don’t need you. From my personal experience, management and corporate treats the Dock workers as “slaves with wages”. The only positive thing I can say about working for Dillards, is that it looks good on resume. Now I get paid more to do WAY less."
"This is a nice store with very high quality, high end, high cost product that you will have trouble finding in most other department stores. Things I love about this store is that it is always clean and very well stocked. The staff is very professional and they treat every customer very special. My wife is a big fan of the store but it is not my first choice because of the prices. But if you have money for the prices, you will get a great value."
"This is a good department store. They have lots of nice clothes, lingerie, shoes and jewelry for yourself and gifts. They also have good household items and holiday decorations. They also have some nice special candy items and delicious Tortuga Rum Cakes my family really likes. The store is a bit expensive but does have nice items."
