"Absolute worst customer service of any collision shop I have ever worked with. Their estimates are over inflated, and they are over the top rude. The guy I spoke to was an absolute jerk, and told me that he could care less if I liked his estimate and I could take or leave it, he didn’t care which. When I asked to go through the estimate, he told me no and I could take it to a, different shop, so I did. When I spoke to the receptionist and told her I was having my car picked up to be taken to a different shop, she hung up on me. This company isn’t even worth one star."

"I brought my car into collision pro for some body damage and i will never go anywhere else!!! The entire team was SO NICE and thorough with explaining what would be done and how long it would take. I got a call every Tuesday and Thursday to update me on progress. The entire time my car was with them, we had insane weather (from 9 degrees and snow to 4 inches of rain with temps in the 60s within a matter of days) and they STILL got my car back to me before the anticipated date. My car looked brand new! I can’t thank them enough and will never give my business to another shop!"

Collision Pros got me in within days and if it weren’t for the delays of the insurance company, would have also had my car repaired before other places could even get me in for an estimate.
