"I’ve heard wonderful things about this company as they came highly recommended. I stopped by yesterday to speak with them and set up an appointment to drop off my vehicle. The person I spoke with was kind, and gave me a price for the detail I wanted. We set arrangements for me to drop off first thing this morning. When my husband and I dropped off my vehicle this morning there was one employee there at that time so I walked in to give him my number so they could call once it was completed( they didn’t get my number yesterday-not worries, not a big deal). I knew someone was around somewhere but I wasn’t sure where so I walked in I said ”knock knock-good morning” a few seconds later the employee ( I’m assuming employee-hopefully not the owner)that was there very rudely looked at me and yelled “just give me a minute” while throwing his hands up. I stood there for a few seconds baffled about what just happened then walked away. I went a told my husband to get back in the vehicle we were dropping off and let’s get out of there. The guy was probably just having a bad morning but no need to take it out on me. Was really looking forward to using this place but I will be finding another local company."
