Rose Nail

"I went in today for a full set and pedicure. When I walked in I was greeted to check in on the tablet. Soon after I was told to go to the second chair on the right. When I sat down the employee immediately began to rush going sooooooooooo fast it made me nervous. He rushed my acrylic, he rushed the entire process. Some nails were longer and shorter than the others his explanation was it’s not the nail it’s your fingers. I was extremely frustrated because this is Valentine’s Day weekend and I wanted a pampering happy experience. I could tell he was trying to get home quickly. The owner did fix my issues when I went to her about my problem. They were very nice and did apologize for horrible service. The employee just need to understand women come for pampering experiences and time to relax. I paid my hard earned money and I wish it could’ve been a lot better."

"Ruined eyelashes. Beautiful shop, awful staff. When I asked for missed spaces to be filled. she always got smart and would talk over you. Didn't leave a tip, so the next time she made sure she Ruined my lashes by using lots of glue to burn and glue eyes shut, so that I wouldn't come back. She also did this to a friend of mine. I always wondered why this beautiful shop was always empty and others were full. It's because of poor customer and tactics like this. If you choose to go here, Good luck."

The lady that owned the shop shared her experience and that’s why I have continued to get services there. I live in Eastlake but it’s worth the drive for the quality service, longer hours, open on Sunday and friendly compassionate staff."
