"Horrible experience don’t go. Me and my friend went up there to talk and see what we could get done they convinced us to get memberships the first time, even though we’ve never gotten our lashes done before. The membership was quite expensive and with mine and my friends lashes look bad way bigger then we asked. They also didn’t last at all fell off within 3 days even though i didn’t get them wet. I decided this wasn’t for me so i went to cancel my membership they said i won’t be able to even though they told me i could when i got it when i asked for the manger the lady on the phone said that she would call me back and never did. This horrible experience cost me 600 dollars."

"I have the pleasure of visiting Amazing Lash Studio every two weeks and I continue to be pleased with my experience. From the moment I step in, the wonderful front desk staff (Jeanika, in particular) greets me like an old friend, checks me in, and answers any questions that I have. From there it's on to Charisma, the stylist who does my lash extensions. She is amazing! I've been with ALS for a few years, but in Chicago (just moved here last year) and Charisma is hands-down (no pun intended) THEE best! She not only consistently nails my desired look, but she is friendly and efficient, too. Charisma starts on time and finishes before time. Plus, her room is so relaxing. Peaceful atmosphere because she's a peaceful person. You've got two choices for ALS in this area. I would highly recommend the Madison location for anyone looking for an overall great experience - from the time you walk in, to the time you're laying down, and to the time you're saying good-bye. 10/10 Highly recommend!"

"Do not go for brow lamination. I am not from the area and my brow lady was booked so I gave this place a gamble. The girl who did my eyebrows was nice but when they were done I told her they looked wild and she got the manager. I think they both knew they didn’t look good but neither offered a refund. I sent a pic of my brows to my brow lady and she said they didn’t put the solution all the way through correctly. I called the manager back and she supported her staff and didn’t offer any refund. Hurts my feelings to spend money and someone know they did a bad job and not care to refund."

"I was very pleased with my service until I woke the next morning to patchy spots on my lashes and lashes all over my face. I wasn't sure if that was to be expected but I knew I only had 3 days to get an appointment so I asked my mother to call because I had to be at the hospital at 6am then in school til 9pm and wouldn't have a chance. She called, explained my concern and when asked I'd I could come in that day she said no that's why I called, she won't get a break. So the apt was made for the following day at 3. Being a single mother, it was a chore to get myself there and be free for it. When I get there she talked down to me and argued that my apt was for the following day. She asked me to come back the next day at 2 but my class wouldn't be out til 3. I reluctantly agreed and sure enough I couldn't get out. They didn't call to say a word about the supposed first missed appointment but they were prompt to tell me that I would have to pay full price for MISSING the 3 day dead line. Despite the fact that I was prompt in expressing my concerns. Only 5 days out and they are non existent on my right eye! My pics end at day 4! They didn't take responsibility for scheduling me wrong then talked down to me and expect me to pay them to do it again. I am making an appointment today elsewhere. I hope cheating me out of what I paid for was worth losing a repeat customer. Also, I recognize a couple of these reviewers as employees."
