"I am not the one to ever write reviews like this but working with customers on a daily basis I understand how it is. I just wanted to get on and say how patient and kind the ulta employees are when it comes to customers. As I was checking out today a woman who made herself look like an absolute FOOL screaming at the employees for absolutely no reason (I’m so embarrassed for her and would not be surprised if she wrote a bad review because she’s definitely the type) the employees continued to be so kind and patient. It’s honestly sad people think they can talk this way… I truly hope she sees this and sees how much of a fool she made herself look like and I hope she looks back and reflects on this. Thank you to Ulta for being so kind!"
"I went in with a messy green mullet, and left with a pixie cut in my natural color. I absolutely adore it! My stylist (Makayla) did a wonderful job, and I couldn’t be more happy with how it turned out."

"If you want great customer, this not the place. Upon entry the associates greeted me with a flat affect. They looked at me like I had stolen something. When another customer entered, yes not a person of color. The associate yelled "Welcome." The customer didn't acknowledge the associates..Lol! Well, I guess that's what happens when you are rude to the previous customer."
