Tip Top Nails

"I ask for dip and Danny did acrylic without my permission. It was close to closing time, so I just went with it. He cut my hand up with the nail drill. He never acknowledged me bleeding or applied the proper safety ointment to my hand or clean his drill. When it was time to pay the price listed was 30 for acrylic and 40 for dip. He charged me 40. Whe I told him about it. He gave me some excuse of him using powder instead of regular acrylic. I will not return"

"I went in to have my eyebrows waxed and shaped. My wait time was less than 5 minutes. Tina was the person who did my brows. I showed her a picture of how I wanted my eyebrows shaped. Tina provided me with exactly what I asked for. I was very pleased. I will definitely be returning."

"I had dip powder nails done. I showed Tina a picture of color on my phone and she matched it perfectly. They delivered Very professional results. They are very polite and friendly nail techs . I did not have to wait a long time as I do with other nail shops they took me in a soon as I got there. This will be my nail shop from now on Tammy and Tina was great. I live in Athens they are in Madison but I’m going to continue to come to this shop. It’s worth the 30 minute drive."

"Got a basic mani and a deluxe pedicure as a walk in. Service was speedy but with a few spots of injury. I was cut on my hands 3 times, and the nail buffer scraped my big toe’s cuticle. This is my third time coming here and my second time with some sort of cut. I know accidents happen but this was way too many times. I’m also not sure why he tried to take the skin off of a small skin tag I have but he shouldn’t even be allowed to do that because it’s a technical medical procedure. An older gentleman does fine with everything else but he does seem to cut me pretty often. He is very friendly and so is the staff in the salon is very clean but I can’t be leaving with cuts like this so I will not be returning."
