"A family member purchased my wife and I a gift card for the couple's massage. I really enjoyed our experience and all of the staff were very nice and professional! The only reason I removed a star is that the couple's massage was advertised as being 4 hours long, but ended up lasting around 3 hours. Our appointment was for 1:30 and by 4:30 everything was over and we were out the door. I'm not trying to be a stickler over time but I did feel a little disappointed in that regard - however, the time we did have was very relaxing."
