"I walked into this shop a week ago and a young lady came in complaining about the hair she purchased that she had someone sew in her head, she purchased a Janet collection that was suppose to be 100% human hair but it was actually a synthetic blend, she complained about not being able to cut the hair or curl it. So I pointed her to Remy Blue which is a hair I love to purchase but from a different location, so I decided to purchase Two packs of Remy Blue and some other items. After installing the hair in my head two days later I noticed the ends brittle and shedding, so I was about confused because this is a brand I purchase all the time but not from this location I usually go to the hair store on DIP across from Fulton store so I decided to flat iron my hair and to my surprise it melted like plastic, Shaking my head, when I say never purchase hair from this location if you are looking for 100%human hair this is not the place I have been a hair stylist for over 23years and Remy Blue is a brand that I have been purchasing since 2016 and I have never had this happen to me. Public announcement do not waste your time and money, only if you are looking for a synthetic blend... Don't get me wrong the customer service was absolutely amazing."
