"Waited for 30 minutes without even being acknowledged. A gentleman walked in about 20 minutes after my wife and I and was greeted. The workers did have customers they were assisting. Likely, I will not be supporting this business in the future."

"I had my custom engagement ring for 1 week and the center diamond fell out. My fiancé and I took the ring back in to the Madison location for repair. We were told it would take a month to repair due to the diamond having to be ordered, which was fine. Now a month and a half later we haven’t gotten the first update and every time I call the store, I get, “it’s in the repair shop waiting on the diamond.” I called the store again today and was told it would easily take 3 months to get it back and it was out of their hands. This is a completely customized ring that was originally ordered and delivered in 2 weeks. I don't understand how it only takes 2 weeks from ground up but THREE months to repair.."
