"Small, family run jewelry store. I took a sentimental ring to them to replace a tiny missing emerald. Options and prices were given up front. No pressure, explanations were given for quality and price from man made stone to genuine emerald. History given on style and quality of center diamond. They went through their whole inventory trying to replace a tiny .003 emerald to match the remaining one. This business does not advertise. They rely on customer satisfaction to spread the word.
