They go out of their way to make sure you do have a way to and from work or home if they need to keep your vehicle longer to take care of the needed repairs. "Be careful about trusting this place. The owner has some unethical business practices. The employees are friendly, they have a great deal on oil changes if you sign up for Brian's Buddy Service, but their maintenance philosophy is to defer rather than be preventative. I think the goal is to get people to trust them and then charge high prices for repairs (which are generally going to be more frequent if you do less preventative maintenance). Their quoted oil change price is $200, and a bunch of recommended repairs based on mileage were significantly higher than the dealer prices. Once I realized this, I tried to get a refund for Brian's Buddy Service and received the following message: A full refund related to the program fees has been processed. Concurrently, it's essential to note that all subsequent benefits and concessions previously accorded to you through Brian’s Buddies have been reversed. This was necessitated to maintain fiscal integrity and fairness to all parties involved in the program, and it has resulted in a significant outstanding balance on your account. We understand that this may come as a surprise, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience it may cause. What a joke. I'll accept the apology after the restitution."

"From Lydia and Ryan up front to sign you in, to them finishing you up and taking payment, great company to deal with. Great mechanics, everyone we've dealt with there so far, have been Professional, courteous, fair and honest, and they seem to actually care if you are a return customer or not, and actually listen to you. And, (hopefully will continue to be this way), they are very accommodating, flexible, and you don't have to make appointments for weeks, or a month in advance like other places, which for vehicle repairs, is simply too long.
