"1) Advertised hours are wrong 2) Rude and condescending 1- the website, voicemail, and Google all state this location is open until 7 pm on weekdays. Twice in the past week, I tried calling the location a little after 6 when I got off work. No one answered, but the voicemail claimed they were still open, so I drove there, and the whole place was shut down. I wasted my time on multiple occasions because information couldn't be updated 2- I called during work today to verify hours and ask about brake pads and new tires. The man who answered the phone was incredibly rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. I had to ask questions multiple times for him to acknowledge them, and he would bark information at me instead of listening to what I wanted to know. I thought by now you could be a friendly female without being treated as incompetent. I'll be taking my service somewhere that respects people."
