"The speed of which the repairs were done was amazing. Only having 2 techs in shop and still got my vehicle up and running after being towed in, in just a manner of a couple of hours. Staff was very honest and didn't try to upsell anything or make me purchase things unnecessarily."
"I scheduled an appointment online in advance for Friday at 7am. I got there at 7. There was two men in the garage and the door was locked. They seen me standing there and didn't come to the door for about another 5-10 minutes. On their door they have updated hours posted so I can't understand why they confirmed an appointment for 7 if they no longer in fact open at 7. I was told I would be called about the repairs needed on my vehicle and that I could also come Sunday to pick it up. I received no calls and they were closed Sunday. I arrived Monday at 7. An employee arrived about 7:30 walked past me sitting on the side walk, went in and locked the door. I don't know if he just didn't care for me personally. But this is by far the WORST service I have received and it was from the same gentleman. I set outside on the sidewalk for about an hour."
"Very great staff. Clean place and organized. Sister -in-law had a 2hr wait and was 45min in the end. They carry the big SUV tires and the only ones that had them in stock. Thank you for getting us out of a bind."

"Over three hours to mount and balance tires. Three! I deeply regret having my Tirerack tires shipped here. This place is rife with incompetence. Look at my attached picture and you'll see they also clearly damaged my wheel. That's not the type of damage that can occur from curb rash. I was so sick of waiting by this point that I didn't bring up the damage to the manager; I just wanted to get the hell out of there and never look back. I get that these were low profile tires, but my car is not a Porsche 911. These aren't racing compound tires. LOTS of cars use low profile tires these days. And the name of your business is a TIRE company and you can't properly install TIRES without screwing it up. Don't walk away from this place. RUN. Run far far far away and never come here, or may god have mercy on your soul (and your wheels)."
