"I am from TX, and am working in Alabama, and took my Tahoe to Tire Discounters, David Mgr, for an Oil Change. The wait was minimal, and the customer was EXCELLENT!! Generally oil changes don't warrant and special service or treatment, however Davd was friendly, offered me and the other customers there, water, communicated with each of us on our vehicles and expected times of completion. Althoughhe offered other services, there was NO PRESSURE or steering to suggest the need to fix something ASAP. Then after I left, the next day, David gave me a follow up call to make sure everything was good with my vehicle. The way today's society is, especially on social media, EVERYONE is quick to point out bad service, or some way they've been wrong by a company or establishment, but it's rare that acknowledgement is giving for a great job. "Got there before they opened. Waited 24 minutes in the rain. They obviously saw me because they waived me off. When they decided it was time to open I walked in and they told me it would be over an hour for a simple tire leak. I also need a set of tires for my Jeep but I will just carry both my leak and tire business elsewhere. Customer service is important."
