"Often times we hear more of what was bad than what was good so I want to say what was good. I was out yesterday trying to run errands before snow day and at my oil change at a different company they told me tire valve stem was leaking. It was all good and should be fine but later in the day my tire looked visibly lower and the low pressure light came on. I called pepboys and the guy was so kind and said sure we can help you out. I get there and they get my car taken care of in a timely manner and didn't even charge me. I was very grateful and kudos to great customer service. Thank you to the team !!"
