Once it was done, *another* Uber was provided to take me back to the shop. On top of all that, any time in the next 3 months, I can come back for a free oil change! Absolutely will be back! "I don’t like posting reviews but if this happened to me it could happen to you too. Facts, I took my vehicle to get tire rotation. They pull my vehicle in the garage, they lifted the car in the air. The technician walked around the vehicle. Later, he walked around the shop looking for something like for 37 minutes. After that, a second technician came in; he checked the alignment and printed a report. I watch them for the entire 67 minutes. The first technician put the car down and parked it outside. The manager at the front called my name and said, “your car is ready! Today we did tire rotation and an alignment”. I asked him, “are you guys doing rotations without removing the tires now? I watched your guys during the entire time and they did not rotate the tires.” His response was” I can be here and in the shop watching what they are doing. He continue saying, Next time do it like my grandpa did mark the tires so you can check if they removed it or not”. I did not say anything else and left. People, please keep and eye on your car, mark it, ask them for the parts they are removing. Don’t trust them; verify that the work was done. This is the second time I catch them doing something incorrectly and inappropriate. I am never going back."
