"Terrible experience!!! If I could rate Champs in East Chase a ZERO I would. Looking at the past reviews, and what I experienced today, I don't see why the store is still open for business. Went to Champs 12/23/23 at 9:55 a.m, sign on the door showed store opening at 10a.m. There was a line of people waiting. We waited until 10:22 before we ever saw a worker inside the store, who finally let us in. Customer service was terrible!!! Person at the register left the security tag on the item I purchased, and I have to make an unnecessary trip back to the store to have it removed. I haven't shopped in Champs for over a year. I WILL NOT BE SHOPPING AT THIS LOCATION AGAIN. There are other stores that sell the same merchandise."

"Just purchase a pair of shoes at this location. A young lady in front of me used her military discount without showing her ID however they would not give me discount without showing mine even though I’d have IDme, navy fed and USAA. Guess I wasn’t as pretty as her. A male checked her out but I was checked out by a young lady."

"Customer service is the worst. Lynda, was at the register and totally ignored me, but went far and beyond to assist another guest. In fact, in boostful manner. Another worker, Ashley came out from the back and assisted me, actually going out the way to assist me. The sad part is, when a group of others (whites) walked in.....everyone made themselves available. I'm starting to believe its a Montgomery thing."

"Went to purchase a pair of retro 2 in my sons size, the cashier pulled the match off the wall, I told him it was dirty, he didn't care. When he told manager he was instructed to clean the shoe, he came back with a brush dripping with cleaning solution and a wet hand. Stuck his wet hand in the shoe and began to scrub. Owww nasty. I asked if he would knock something off the shoe and he said no. Like not even tax, or 2.00. I purchased a bigger size cause I didn't want the wet nasty shoe. The Customer service SUCKS!!!"
