"They advertise they offer trades however when I went in the store trying to trade sneakers, I was told by an employee they don’t offer trades with an attitude. This is the wrong store for mobile people that live here are cheap and don’t like to buy expensive sneakers"

"I went to the shop the other day and I was pleased with the selection of shoes they had on my size. They do have expensive shoes but I had a budget of 180 and I was able to get some dunks that I really liked. I am definitely going back, the lady even showed how I could use Afterpay to pay my shoe in 4 installments rather than paying the shoe at once."

"The store is nice,but the ppl that work there are rude to customers that asked about some of the shoes. I was followed around the store while I was shopping to the point I felt uncomfortable so I didn’t buy nothing i walked out bothered. The store in the mall was actually better plus they actual bought shoe if you had some for sale. Really disappointed in this place now."

"Went to pick up a pair of dunks as a birthday gift to myself selection was small only 3 pairs of dunks in sizes 10-11.5 which I understand dunks are hot right now ended up leaving with a pair of 1s because the cashier sold me on the 3 lace options it came with. When I got home I only had the laces in the shoe and when I tried to call I got terrible customer service. The lady on the phone asked me to remove the plastic to check inside for laces which voided my return. Paid $50 over current resale price but wasn’t mad at the price until I didn’t get what was promised to me in store"
