The team does a great job engaging with the amount of customers coming through but they need to either increase their headcount or get faster. The prices are great, especially for kids shoes. "My first time in, I noticed all 4 employees were acting unprofessional and extremely rude. One lady even told a customer that she couldn't have her bag back that she had brought in with her return. She said it was "store policy". All employees either need intense training or to be fired. I will not be shopping in here again."
