"Bought a pair of boots 2 weeks ago from Quints. Wore them one time and they rubbed blisters on my heels. The return policy in the receipt says they accept returns up to 30 days… Went to return the boots but the gentlemen behind the counter refused to refund me my money because they had a little dirt on them from when I tried to wear them. No attempts to give store credit or even a portion of a refund. Just a “nothing I can do for you”."
