"One of the worst retail experiences I have ever had in my life. The store manager and assistant manager clearly don't know how to handle In store order that can't be fulfilled even when the policy is clearly written on the reciept l. Not one time did either try to find a solution. Had to contact customer service so they could tell the store to follow policy"

"Great service all around here from the moment walking into this location. Each staff member that worked there made sure to ask did I need help and took care of any questions while there. Definitely will return and shop again. Also had a great selection of shoes they even had the new air force 1's I was looking for"
