Had them make a new one with someone different just to see if each member was making them wrong. talk about standards. The guy at the front counter then wanted to argue and say everyone makes them different. I even didn't ask for a free burrito, I just wanted the problem noticed. The bottom burrito is the first one."

"01.26.24 Adding a year later that my husband ordered a burito to be delivered by Grubhub and I’ve been sick and unable to eat much but decided to order one taco. See the pictures I’ve attached as evidence of the “taco” I received. There was a whole 2 pieces of steak and hardly anything else. Like… who made this and thought it was a good idea to send out?! Seemed to have been purposeful carelessness because how else would I have gotten a pinch of cheese, 5 pieces of corn and a literal speck of sour cream? Like I understand if you ran out of everything but don’t continue to make a taco if it’s as pathetic as this. There is absolutely no excuse for this obvious incompetence. - Yet another Chipotle location that runs out of everything. This is very unfortunate as it is a new store and my husband and I were hoping it would be better because of this. We walked in and were the only people there, no one greeted us and when we got to the counter the girl just stared at us. We were about to start getting bowls when I noticed there was no brown rice and asked her if they were out, to which she shook her head yes. The man behind her stated that he needed to make more. Then I realized they were out of steak as well and asked about that… again the girl shook her head that yes they were out of steak as well. She couldn’t even be bothered to actually say the word “yes” to us either time she was directly asked a question. We walked out and went down the road a bit to Taco Mama and will continue to do so from now on as their food is better anyway and their customer service is incredible unlike this Chipotle."

"I ordered through the app and waited on them to make my food when I was at the window. The guy handed the food to me and the taco shell wasn’t even wrapped properly and it was burnt. It’s almost impossible to call and complain but I paid for this food and tipped for it to be like this? Do better"

"I was so excited for this location because it is so much closer to my home. The first couple of weeks my order seemed to be great . However it started going down hill fast. I order via the app or online web for all my orders and pick up in the lane. The quality of the rice is hit or miss, sometimes the chicken is seasoned and other times not at all, and accuracy is 50/50 chance. I gave 3 stars because when the order is correct and the food is seasoned or not clumpy (rice) then its real good. I believe the staff to be friendly but they are overwhelmed at times. I still go to this location because the closeness to my home and the ease to get there but I go with the exception it may be amazing or just eh ..Look of the draw"

"Ordered online and paid for "double" protein. Pretty sure I got short-changed on single protein instead. Rest of the burrito was fine. Probably would have been fine ordering in person too, but I wouldn't waste the money by ordering "extra" meat on online orders."
