"The two stars are for the poor customer service experience. I attempted to purchase an item I viewed online but could not locate it in the store. I asked the only employee I could find and he said the item might be located in one of two locations but he wasn’t sure. He made no real attempt to help me locate the item. I had already been down every isle of the store but I went to the two locations he recommended but again could not locate the item. I went back to him and he immediately told me the item was on clearance and was sold out. I then went on-line and attempted to order the item and when ordering, it stated the item was in stock at the store. I give up - I’ll go somewhere else!!"
