"I went in there thinking that they were going to use the best tools for my type of hair, they only used clippers. The lady was very nice but I could’ve done the service myself, I got a beard line up and beard trim with hairline line up. I wanted her to use a razor to line my hair up really good because clippers don’t do a very good job. The last Supercuts I went to they used razors and all types of tools to give me the best service."

"If I could give 0 stars I promise I would !!!! I went in to get my hair colored and cut for Easter/birthday. ABSOLUTE HORRIBLE IDEA!!! My hair was blonde and my roots were brown. At first I wanted platinum blonde , then they told me the couldn’t do all over bleach so I went with this copper color. The person doing my hair didn’t seem to know what he/she was doing at all. Another lady told he/she to mix so and so colors together to get the color I wanted . I was so nervous/excited to try a new hair color…. These people messed my hair up so bad I left out crying !!!! I paid yes because I didn’t want to cause a scene in front of their customers ( who were all men waiting for a haircut) while doing my hair the person seemed totally unaware of what he or she was doing !! I started to become very worried about my hair . I asked was my hair going to be the color on the picture I showed them and they all said yes . Anyways, once I left out crying. I sat outside crying for about 20 to 30 minutes thinking how wrong this was that I paid 125$ and got this atrocity instead of what I had asked for . Keep in mind I showed them the phot of what I wanted SEVERAL times through out the process . THEY WERE ALL NICE, YES BUT I DIDNT PAY 125$ JUST FOR SOMEONE TO BE NICE TO ME !!! Once I though about how wrong this was I went back inside and asked politely for a refund ! I was told they couldn’t give me one! They also kept trying to tell me how well blended the roots were into the hair, and that this is the exact color I asked for and that it looks so natural .none of this was true !!! I want my money back !!!!!!"
