"I've done business with TriGreen for years and the gentlemen at the counter and the blonde haired lady (now at the front) have always been top notch! Unfortunately, I came in a couple days ago to have my tractor serviced, and the brown curly haired young woman at the service desk was too busy watching videos on her phone to even attempt to help of find someone else who could. Customer service sadly was the last thing on her mind. She kind of huffed and rolled her eyes as if I had just inconvenienced her day by needing some assistance. Thankfully, this one young lady isn't representative of the stellar customer service I typically receive from TriGreen!"
