"I stood in the "cart rental line" for 20+ minutes waiting for the lady in front of me to get her rental. When it was finally my turn to rent, the girl working the counter walked off without saying anything. Then a guy came to the counter, I'm thinking he's going to help me. No, he just slid some jewelry displays in front of me and walked off. So needless to say I walked off. I went across the street a gladly paid more to be treated like I wasn't invisible. What a joke, strongly do not recommend"

"Do NOT RENT Golf Carts here. What they post for rental price and what they actually charge do not match. They charged us $50 more for a 3 day rental then their posted price. They give you the run around stating that price was not valid. I asked why do they not remove it or update it. They then start talking in broken English not understanding what we are saying. We will never rent here again as they use false advertising to get you to rent from them. I should give them a zero star if it would let me. Renters beware of this company on the Beautiful Dauphin Island. The other rental company will deliver and pick up the golf cart. Try them instead of this company."
