"I am not one to leave a bad review but there was just too much that pushed me to it. I got charged $65 before tip for a basic sns one color set, I would say that’s a higher price than most for that but I’m fine with paying that if it’s worth it. She took two hours on my nails. When she was done I could still see humps in them from where they weren’t drilled smooth enough. Just my nails, no design, just one color sns set, then I got charged incorrectly and didn’t get notified by them until hours later at 8pm, (which was very unprofessional) when I was woken up from multiple phone calls and a text. I had to come up there the next day and settle it. I was willing to blow it off because I’m in the service industry and I understand things happen, but when it’s only a week later and three of my nails have popped off and most are risen up to the point where when my hair gets stuck underneath is ridiculous. Especially after me being there for an extra hour then what it should have taken and for me to pay for a luxury service. Will not be returning."

"I arrived at 5:55 for a 6pm appointment and I was not seen until 6:40. Unacceptable! They have done this to my mom and grandma as well. I will not be back! When I asked how long I would be waiting I was told that I was only getting a simple service. No one communicated about the delay in the schedule. Communication is key! They do amazing work but making several repeat customers wait is unacceptable."
