"Took my car to Retired Rides for engine swap and suspension upgrades and man did I get a surprise. Went to Check on my car several times over the course of the stay and in January 2023 4 days before I was set to pick my car up somehow the car had been on fire and burn all of my brand new parts and engine wires. I was very surprised to find this out cause no one called and told me that this happened I found out on a Friday evening to check on my car and I was talking to the shop manager Matt at the time and he had not mentioned anything had happened they was trying to cover this whole thing up. Steve one of the new owners along with Greg ensured me that will take full responsibility and restore my car back to its original shape but that did not happened they refused to replace parts that was burned and should have been replaced cause these are all brand new parts they cleaned up and reuse them also they did not replace my engine harness sone of the wires have melted ends totally unacceptable they repainted my hood and fender and does not match with the original paint I am 100 percent dissatisfied and will escalate this matter"
