Bucky's Transmissions

"Bucky definitely did the job right in my book. He gave me an estimate over the phone with the reservation that it could be slightly higher, depending on the amount of damage. He was right on target and had my truck back to me the next day as promised. He even showed me the damaged parts that had to be replaced above and beyond the basic rebuild. We are talking about a 25+ year old truck so none of this was a surprise. Be aware that he does not accept credit card payments, cash or checks only. I’m very impressed with the way Bucky conducts his business."

"How all you people give 4-5 stars is beyond me. I took my car in and knew ahead of time it needed rebuilding. What this man did was charge me 1800.00 and in my opinion was he put a used transmission in and had nothing but problems from the moment I got it back. My transmission didnt look right from my visual inspection so that's what made me believe it was used. I wouldn't let this guy build a Lego model for me and if your smart you wouldn't either...do your homework!!"

"Called Buckey’s and before I could get 2 words out the very rude guy on phone cut me off and told me he doesn’t work on my type of car. Didn’t explain why and hung up. Mind you I have a fairly new make and model vehicle 2015 Nissan. I would’ve at least appreciated a little more professionalism from Buckley’s or explanation. Leaves me to wonder if I was turned away without a fair explanation for other underlying reasons....however if you don’t sound a certain way on the phone I guess Buckey’s won’t work with you."

"Bucky and his crew repaired my transmission in a timely manner. Bucky was courteous, honest, and up front about the options I had concerning my truck. If I ever have any other transmission problems, his shop will be the only place I go!"
