"I have been there 3 times in 2 weeks to get a haircut at 10 am. They have not been open. The website says at 9 they were supposed to be open. I have tried to call everyday to try to get an appointment or find out when they are open. Noone answers the phone. What time do you open?"

"I visited Smart Style in Wetumpka Walmart today. They assigned a VERY new inexperienced stylist trainee named Jeanelia that was still in school, Not sure if she was licensed or not. She did NOT know what she was doing and another sweet black lady stylist had to show/train her. Somebody with THAT level of inexperience should NOT be on the floor cutting hair they are unfamiliar with. She kept cutting my skin with clippers that were not held at the right angle and got welts on the back of my neck that hurt. I understand they may be short staffed, But the experience was unacceptable. I did pay her a tip, I did not want to hurt her feelings, But she needs more experience in school."

"Melissa was great and corrected a matter I had with someone else. She explained everything she was going to do before she started. She made sure I was ok during and after my haircut. I was very pleased and left the salon smiling because I was sad when I got there. She made me feel very comfortable and happy. I’ll surely be back. Thanks Melissa!"
