"the staff is incredibly rude and lazy with their work. they used old nail polish on my nails that never dried. and when i went back in to ask them to fix it they were so rude. i had to go to a different nail place and pay someone else extra to fix my nails. i will not be going back. a waste of money and time."
"This was my first visit to Top Nails. We recently moved to Wetumpka from Pike Road and I would prefer to support local businesses. When I went in, no one acknowledged me. Finally one of the customers said something. I told the guy I had an appointment—response was just above a grunt. My pedicure took a total of 15 minutes. There was a sign indicating various options for pedicures but I was never asked. My “manicure” consisted of clipping some of my nails and cuticles cut—end of service. Price $45. Not sure that I’ll ever go back."
