"Lindsay is an awesome hair stylist. She listens to your needs and tries her best to give you what you want. She is diligent in providing what the customer wants. The store has a good homey feeling. "I have been there twice. Every one is so nice. I first saw Shelby so sweet and accommodating. I had Heather last week she was great too. I had my hair cut it had been a while. I love it."
"Unreliable, would not recommend. I went into the shop to schedule my appointment in person about a month ago. I believe I was speaking with the owner or manager and she scheduled me for a haircut and a color. I made the appointment about a month in advance. I never received a confirmation phone call, so about an hour before my scheduled appointment I called to confirm. I was told that yes I was scheduled for a haircut and a color and that they would see me soon. When I was 3 minutes away from the shop they called and told me that they had double booked, didn't realize it until the other client arrived and needed to reschedule me. I appreciate the offer to reschedule, however, I waited a month for the the appointment and called to confirm. They could have verified the double booking at that time. I am a mother of three children under the age of three. I have to arrange for child care to be able to do anything, and rarely take the time to do things to take care of myself. I desperately wanted this haircut and color because I have not had that done since I had a baby in January. I'm just very disappointed at the lack of concern and commitment. I won't be rescheduling with this salon because I can't help but feel like they played favorites in choosing who to service this evening, and I don't know that they wouldn't do the same thing and cancel me last minute again the next time."
"Pam at the Gab Salon is a miracle worker. My daughter uses her for all her hair care needs, but moved to Alaska this last March. She still flys down just to get her hair done with her, so obviously I needed to give her a try with my aging gray hair. I’m am so very pleased with it. Made me look 10 years younger. Love this Salon. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. Definitely recommend. Before and after pictures for reference."
