"12/22/20 I place an order for new boots had to pay in advance that was on 12/1/20 I called 12/19/20 for an update. They have yet to even order my boots just took my money and did nothing. 2 years ago I rated this store 5 stars but now the new employees don't seem to care. 2 years ago Caressa was very helpful in finding boots that would fit my oversized feet she was attentive and polite. She deserves a bump up on her pay."
