"I use to love this place. We drove all the way from Clanton AL for a lady to cut my sons hair. My son deals with anxiety & depression & he has used this lady since his teens when she was at Calera Great Clips. It takes a lot to get him to go other places because of social anxiety.. this lady normally lets him text or message her on messenger to see if he can come get his hair cut.. she will not answer him at all & we know she's there because she post pictures of herself cutting hair in the store. My thing is don't start it if you don't want to continue because with special needs adults it can feel like a personal rejection from someone that they trusted.. and yes we always gave her a great tip for her services.."

"Horrible horrible experience. Husband went in for a hair cut today. Showed two inspo photos and the man (Only male working today Sunday Oct 1st) nearly shaved it all off. Husband was unaware due to the stylist turning him away from the mirror because his clippers were dying. I nearly bawled seeing my husbands head. I do NOT recommend this place. If I could give negative stars I would. Attaching inspo photo vs what he got."

"Today I walked in for the first time. I was welcomed and 5 minutes later was getting my hair cut. Miranda really listened to me and asked questions to be sure what I wanted. Part of what she had to do was correct things from my previous haircut. She did a wonderful job! I definitely will be returning!!!"
