"Had our trail blazer tinted and the driver side window tint started peeling. They stamped a life time warranty on the receipt so we ask them to please fix it. We were informed we basically didn't have a warranty! It only covers the tint not removing and replacing it. They argued it didn't cover them replacement of the tint. They said they would give me the tint for the window and I would have to put it on myself lifetime warranty should cover them replacement of the tint with them doing the work. It's from what they did. They informed me that they did not like my attitude for asking them to replace the tint under no cost having a lifetime warranty. They also informed me that they did not want to do business with me because of they wanted to charge me $45 to remove and replace the tint. Lifetime warranty should be them removing and replacing the tint! I highly do not recommend them for your vehicles . They do not honor their warranty. At all"

"I’ve had several vehicles tinted at this location but I will say over the years the same guy has been extremely rude. I called for a quote on my 2020 Chevrolet Tahoe patrol vehicle and asked for a shade of 30% tint to match currently installed tint on the back windows. As a cop I was told, “you can’t get 30%… they don’t make it… you’re a cop and you don’t know the law?” This was rude and uncalled for. This shade is clearly available online. More so, there was no name provided when answering the phone. They do great work but the customer service and professionalism is most definitely lacking."
