"Don't waste your time calling a local towing Co. Every phone call is answered by a 3rd party called 24 Hour Towing. Very difficult to understand their English. Phone calls came from CA, KS and NJ. WAITING FOR PAYMENT. YOU WILL NOT SPEAK TO THE LOCAL TOWING SERVICE. THIS IS A 3RD WORLD COUNTRY SCAM...CHARGED ME $1440.00 FOR THIS THOMAS TOWING THAT WAS 30 MILES AWAY..tried to cancel and the joke got bigger. Hung up on and would not answer my calls or return any calls."

"Worst worst people are working in office. Specially manager. All call operator people are lazy. They take too much time to respond. After 4 hours they responding me that they got bla bla problem. Very very expensive towing service in United States. 9 miles 280 dollar and bad service after 4 hours confirmation one hour wait. Whole day waste. Poor poor service. They are not capable of getting a single star also. I recommend to go to another tow instead of wasting time with this company."

"Thomas' Towing was not the primary spot I called, but rather we recruited them since He was circumspect and straight forward with evaluating. I clarified (suddenly) that I was just requiring a statement since I had effectively called a few other towing organizations. He gave me a statement and clarified how the interaction for getting my spouses added up to vehicle. The cost was definitely not exactly the discourteous, contenders I had spoken as well and Guy even positioned our vehicle in a tough situation and towed it contrastingly at my significant other's solicitation.
