"Today I attempted to buy a new Ford Bronco from these people and aside from my salesperson (Jones) this was the most pitiful experience in car buying I have ever had. I know the vehicle is popular but management would not even come close to accepting my offer for MSRP. I was told that if I wanted the vehicle AT RETAIL PRICE i would have to finance it through them which I do not need to do and I COULDNT EVEN GET A RATE OR HOW MUCH IT WOULD EVENTUALLY COST ME UNLESS I FILLED OUT A CREDIT APP!!!
