"The summary I had the worst experience in this place in the beauty salon area I went for a wash and dry with iron included and I have to say that the wash was excellent but when the time came to dry it with the dryer it was a bad job I tell you If I had only chosen with a dryer, I would have left there with my hair like a broom. The work was done by the straightener and the amount of hair spray and oil left it drier than it was, dull and completely greasy and toasted at the same time. So much spray that having said that, I don't understand how blow-drying works with spray, because when I use the straightener on super fine hair that lacks hydration, it's horrible. When I got home my hair got completely tangled as if they had applied a color, super hard, it looked dirty on the top of my hair from so much oil and spray, it moved from below but quickly it got tangled. In short, it was my first visit and I assure you that it will be the last. I didn't say anything to the person because they didn't bother me. I like to criticize anyone's work but it is disappointing that a place that sells expensive quality and salon hair products has this bad service and above all each stylist is supposed to observe what type of hair it is and how they are going to proceed in their work. So that the client is more than satisfied, I make my hair dirty so that the stylist will observe that my hair is one of those that contains a lot of grease, anyway, that's why I give it 1 star"

"Ulta offers wide variety of beauty items but I go there routinely to see Terry who is a really great hairdresser. I mean the man knows hair and can help you get the style that looks best for you. I also really like Liam who not only seems to be an eyebrow expert but knows the store very well and takes a genuine interest in recommending great products. I love going to Ulta and then popping over to mall to shop. There are many restaurants in the area for a great lunch to complete a nice day out."

"This is a very good beauty store. I used to use one in Florida before I moved to Mobile so I was glad they have such a good store. The staff is so knowledgeable and helpful to guests. They have all sorts of makeup, cleansers and moisturizer to keep you looking good. Their prices are rather reasonable for such good high quality items!"
