"I've never been to the salon for any service but eyebrow waxing. So this review is on the eyebrow waxing only as Southern Belle does not have a shown location to review. However, avoid eyebrow waxing with Michelle. Explained exactly what I was looking for, no high arch, more of a straight across look and not too thin. She confirmed what I requested, then completely messed my eyebrows up. Not only are my brows pencil line thin, arch is crazy high on one side, gapped to the point spots of hair missing, and are noticeable uneven. Completely upset and disappointed. She apologized, which I appreciate. It's going to take forever to grow my eyebrows out."

"Love this place. The ladies are phenomenal! Owners Robin and Patti have outdone themselves. Robin is who you want to see if you want a new “Do” for you and need some magic done. The inside of the salon looks and feel amazing. They also set up a new area for those who keep the bikini area swimsuit and summer ready! Michelle is a true pro! You’ll love this place!"
