"To be honest, the experience was not good. Everyone was quite rude and I was shamed for my hair being naturally tangly. They were also speaking badly about other clients. Not only that, their prices were falsely advertised. If I knew the price was going to be what it was, then I would have went to my usual salon. I honestly do not recommend at all. It’s very scammy to advertise one price and charge something that is a lot more."

"The business was not open when I showed up to my appointment at 9am (even though they are listed from 9-2.) When finally let inside, I was met with uninterested employees that never spoke. Upon being taken back—after the other 2 walk in clients— for my appointment, I was told to sit in a dirty chair covered in hair while the stylist cleaned up some spilled liquid from underneath my chair. This was when I excused myself. My appointment was never acknowledged. My stylist never gave her name and seemed clueless about the appointment I had booked. The entire experience left me uneasy. I really liked this place when I used them a few years ago, and I didn’t have high standards for a trim, but I also expected to be treated as more than a nuisance. I will not be returning. I hate that I can’t support a local business, but there has to be something there worth supporting."

"I left having to do my own hair all over. My hair still hand dandruff. No type of shine oil, or edge control, heat control nothing is used. I asked for curls. They fell as soon as I made it to the door"

"The people are wonderfully down to earth. Knowledgeable about their profession and prices are good. They believe in doing the job right for the customer even if it cuts into after hours. Atmosphere is comfortable. Will continue using this salon. My daughter always wanted a color besides her normal, but her hair is so dark that we could never get it to work. Rebecca did an amazing job. All the ladies worked on figuring it out and took their time with her. I have been looking for a specific hair color myself. Tried a two toned and it looks amazing. Very happy!"
