"I went in on Sunday and got Samantha as a stylist. I wanted my hair colored so I pulled up a pictured that showed an ombre look. She was confident that she could do it. I left very unhappy and looking nothing like the picture.. she told me to come back in and Susana would fix it. I came back in and Susana said I looked "like a calico cat" and started to color my hair.. 2 and half hours later I left looking like a zebra/Leopard. And I never got rude until the stylist said "that's how it's supposed to look" ... Needless to say I got my money back and wont do business here anymore ."
