"I had no idea that I left with my hair lopsided in the back and so uneven it looked like a 4 yr had cut my hair. I went back and the next person to cut my hair showed me what it looked like with the hand held mirror. She asked where the last place I had gotten it cut and it was there. I let her trim it, but I will not go back. There is no organization. There are new people every time you go in. It's just not worth it. You can't even get a 1/2 inch trim without it being all uneven. I have been to beauty schools that did a better job cutting hair. I appreciate the last person who showed me what my hair looked like, bc it was bad. I don't know what's happening and why no one will stay working here that knows anything about hair, but I will not let them touch my hair again."

"Went in today to get my son's hair cut. Miss shonta manager cut my youngest hair. She and my wife talked about his hair cut and it was agreed upon for a number 2 on the sides with a short fade and take 1/2 inch off the top. When miss shonta cut she did a number 2 or less all over, butchering my sons hair and cutting all his curls off. When she asked if we liked it my wife said no you messed his hair up and all she could say was oh well. When I asked for my money back on that hair cut she said she could not do anything and she could not refund my money. No apology no remorse from her. I will not return to this location because of the rudeness the manager showed and no caring of what she did."
