"My first time experience there was horrible, the staff is terrible. The lady that did my nails didn’t know what she was doing at ALL! She had dip every where all over my nails all dripping off. She made them way to thick, they looked like I already needed a fill in after I had just got them done and one was coming off the next day and one of the gems came off. The thumbs are not the same size as the other ones. The lady rushed through the whole process and there was nobody in there but me and it was sloppy looking and the pinky is crooked! and when I wanted a refund they tried to act like they didn’t look bad at all and argued for 30 minutes. I highly do not recommend going there they are horrible I don’t even know why they are licensed or even open. I recommend paying an extra 20 dollars and going to libbies or mail model."

"I hate to share a bad review because I have been treated good except this is the second time Anna wanted to snap on me. I was just in there THREE days ago and had dip powder. The top coat ALWAYS peels off. Well, I broke a nail and had to go back and decided to ask her to fix the top coat where they were STARTING to peel. I don’t have time to come in everyday when they start peeling. I ALSO, like others asked her to fix and she said NO, she would have to buff my nails and reapply- OK- MAKE IT HAPPEN! Do your job right the first time and we wouldn’t have this issue. When I jumped back at her and told her I DID tell her they were peeling, she hushed me. The lady just don’t know that I use to do my own dip powder at home and she also doesn’t know that I have had other nail salons where it would peel and they were HAPPY to take top coat off and replace it with TWO top coats and it lasted. She tried telling me I asked her to reapply a coat on top of what was on… please… I know better than that. She is always grumpy and they work 7 days a week. No wonder. Henry and Mai are wonderful. DON’T go there…. I won’t be back. Not sure why I stuck around for so long. Oh, I do know- because Henry is funny! They act like we can’t learn their jobs off YouTube. May not be perfect but we get the just of how things are done."

"Two sets of acrylics… one set was way too thick and painful afterwards (among other things) and the other set done on another person I was with, was thin and lumpy. The guy at this establishment also called a young lady “ugly”. They seem to forget millions of people are multilingual. Do NOT recommend."

"Always felt they provided great service and never overcharged! Gave my lady the hookup on nails and colour! 10/21 Took my lady for a fillin after 2 weeks and they did a super job as always! Back for a fillin today and perfect as always!"
