"Absolutely horrible representation of customer service. The audacity of this business and its owner, Tau to think hanging up in a paying customer's face is acceptable. Not once did she hang up, but multiple times. Her behavior was dishonest, unprofessional, distasteful, tactless, off-color, and totally inappropriate. She handled a simple scheduling misunderstanding like an elementary-level kid. I will never step foot or recommend this business to anyone. I thought I established a good rapport with this business, but apparently not. Hanging up in a customer's face was too damn easy for her to do. Meaning, she doesn't need my business.
