"Recomend Elaine christian Truax she's got the best personality and very detailed and gives the best haircut hands down. I have move out of state and haven't found anyone that is even slightly as good as she is. Recommend checking her out for the best haircut, shave in town."
"I've had positive experiences at other Panda Express locations outside of Birmingham, but I can honestly say this place has become a very SAD PANDA. The first time eating here was great. But recently, their food has been coming out cold, stale, and even at times undercooked. What happened guys? Better step back up your game to compete in Birmingham!"
"Terrible experience about 5 minutes ago. Went in to order a plate with orange chicken and honey walnut shrimp (which I always get). I order and she begins to put what appears to be really old and crusty shrimp in my box. I ask her to take it out because it looks old then moves on and scrapes the bottom of the orange chicken. I ask her if I can have something fresh and the only fresh option is the beef which I don't like so I was forced to get barely two servings of orange chicken (forgot to mention I got the last of the fried rice as well). I go to check out and ask for a side of teriyaki sauce. She gets a little cup and begins trying to scrape it out of the bottom of the pan which obviously isn't working because it's super thick and old. I told her to forget about about and left. As a customer that visits this location typically once a week I was VERY disappointed and will not be back until they can get it together. At 7 p.m. On a Friday night you should be prepared and not be scraping the bottom of pans and unable to tell you when fresh food would be ready. Also, the cashier/girl could barely speak English so she was laughing the entire time I was ordering and I'm not even sure she understood how frustrated I was."
"After hearing about this place from a friend I decided that I would try it out. I am partially blind so I am unable to drive and much of everything I do is online. I searched the place on Google and it said that one of the dining options was delivery. After I placed my order I realized that my order showed a pick up time and not a delivery time. I immediately called the store. Actually, when I called the store my order had not even come through yet. First I spoke to a lady who told me I can't cancel my order, to which I responded "I can't drive to you to get the order so I need to cancel my order." At that point she put me on hold and transferred me to a manager. The manager said that he would call his IT department and get back to me (which I don't understand why a refund could not simply be issued but ok). I never heard back from him. I called back and the lady I spoke to this time told me that the manager was gone for the day. I said "Well I need to speak with someone and get my money back." She came back to the phone and said that he would be back in 20 minutes. I called back in 20 minutes and the lines were busy. I have not received money or food and no one has followed up with me. Isn't that stealing?"
"Half of their entrees were either out/cooking or had been sitting there for a while; the chicken I got was crunchy & tough instead of moist & tender because it had probably been sitting for several hours. The rice stuck together in clumps because it had dried out from sitting long periods of time. We got our meals to-go and they didn't supply us with utensils and only 2 small packs of soy sauce. I've been to other PEs, but this one needs help and it just opened a few months ago! Don't go unless you can wait around 30 minutes for fresh food to cook."
