"I was assigned this company after my Car stopped. I have been outside for almost 3 hours. I have called over 10 times no one answers the phone. I called the company that assigned them to me and they won’t answer their calls either! I’m not sure how they keep contracts. It’s dangerous to leave people stranded in the dark. I will never use this company again."

"Vehicle was towed due to a wreck. Afterward, I called at least 10 times. No one answered. My father called and was told to wait and was on hold for SEVEN MINUTES. When we finally made contact, my dad was so exasperated the lady got hasty with him and started racking on 2 daily fees and it hasn't even been 24 hours. I didn't want to use this service and was told I couldn't cancel it or they would charge me anyway and I would have to pay before I left the accident scene. Nothing about this was a good experience. NOTHING."
